Your participation, choices, and actions outside of sessions may influence your experience and progress.
Nothing presented on our website or through our services should be interpreted as a guarantee of a particular outcome.
Payments and Refunds
All payments made to Hypnotic Hugs are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
This policy applies to individual sessions, packages, programs, monthly challenges, digital products, and other paid offerings, unless different terms are expressly stated at the time of purchase.
Refunds are not provided solely because a participant changes their mind, chooses not to attend, or does not complete a purchased program.
Any exception, credit, or transfer to another service is considered individually and must be approved by Hypnotic Hugs.
Exceptions are not guaranteed.
If Hypnotic Hugs cancels an offering or cannot provide a purchased service, an appropriate refund, replacement, or alternative arrangement will be provided in accordance with applicable law.
Appointment Scheduling and Rescheduling
Appointments are scheduled through Calendly or another booking method provided by Hypnotic Hugs.
You may reschedule an individual appointment at least 24 hours before its scheduled start time using the rescheduling link in your confirmation email.
Requests to reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice are considered late rescheduling requests and are not guaranteed.
If you need to request an exception, please contact leah@hypnotichugs.com.
Approved exceptions may allow an appointment to be rescheduled without additional charges or forfeiture.
Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment are non-refundable, and the session will be forfeited.
Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis upon request but are not guaranteed.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance do not automatically qualify for a refund. Please contact Hypnotic Hugs to discuss available scheduling options.
No-Shows
If you do not attend your scheduled appointment and have not rescheduled in advance, the session will be considered a no-show.
No-show appointments are forfeited without a refund, except where required by applicable law.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late to a scheduled session, the session will still end at its originally scheduled time.
Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may result in the appointment being canceled and treated as a no-show.
Emergencies and Special Circumstances
Life happens, and unexpected situations can arise.
If you experience an emergency or extenuating circumstances that affect your ability to attend a scheduled session, please contact leah@hypnotichugs.com.
Exceptions to standard scheduling or cancellation policies may be considered upon request, but are not guaranteed.
Packages and Multi-Session Programs
If you purchase a multi-session package or program, the specific services, duration, scheduling expectations, and any applicable completion deadlines will be communicated as part of your purchase or enrollment.
Payments for packages and programs are non-refundable, except where required by law.
Unused sessions are not automatically eligible for refunds, transfers, extensions, or credits.
Any requested changes will be reviewed individually.
Monthly Challenges, Group Programs, and Communities
Participation in monthly challenges, group programs, or online communities may be subject to additional guidelines provided within the applicable platform.
Participants are expected to communicate respectfully and honor the privacy of others.
Hypnotic Hugs reserves the right to address disruptive or inappropriate behavior, including restricting participation when reasonably necessary to protect the community.
Participation in a group experience does not guarantee any particular result.
Access periods, materials, and participation requirements may vary by offering and will be described when you enroll.
Digital Products and Recordings
Digital resources, including guided hypnosis recordings, educational materials, and other downloadable or streamed content, are intended for personal use only unless otherwise stated.
These materials may not be copied, redistributed, resold, or shared publicly without written permission from Hypnotic Hugs.
For your safety, do not listen to hypnosis or deep relaxation recordings while driving, operating machinery, or participating in activities that require your full attention.
Use these recordings only when you are in a safe environment where you can comfortably relax.
