Hypnotic Hugs retreats in Costa Rica will be immersive experiences designed to give you the space, support and experiences to reconnect with yourself, explore what has been keeping you stuck, and step more fully into the woman you are becoming.
And this won’t be a few beautiful days in Costa Rica followed by a flight home and a return to life as usual.
We’ll begin before you arrive with intention setting, go deeper together during the retreat, and continue afterward with integration support so what you discover doesn’t stay in Costa Rica.
This is more than getting away.
