Change can feel different.
What if you didn’t have to change everything to change your life?
Do you ever catch yourself having one too many drinks or reaching for that bag of chips you can’t seem to put down? Maybe you negotiate with yourself. “I’ll only drink when I go out.” “I just won’t keep snacks in the house.”
Or maybe it’s that voice telling you you’re not good enough, not worthy enough, or that too many other people are already doing what you want to do.

Maybe you’ve tried to change it before.
You know what you want.
But knowing what you want and making it happen are two different things.
You keep finding yourself back where you started.
Especially when you’re stressed, tired, overwhelmed or depleted.
Willpower only gets you so far.
Because sometimes the behaviour isn’t really the problem. It’s the solution your mind has learned to use.
What if there was another way?
You don’t have to fight yourself to change yourself.
How many times have you told yourself, “This time I’m going to try harder. I’m going to do better. I’m going to stick with it.”
But what if trying harder isn’t the answer? What if understanding why you do what you do is where real change begins?
Get curious about what’s underneath.

Hi, I’m Leah.
I’ve been there. Knowing something needs to change, sometimes not even sure what that something is. Feeling like there has to be more to life, but not quite knowing how to get there. And yes, getting in my own way along the way.
My own journey taught me that change doesn’t have to be about pushing harder or being tougher on yourself.
Today, I help people explore what’s holding them back, understand themselves a little better, and discover what’s possible when they approach change with curiosity instead of judgment.
Ready to explore what could change?
You don’t need to have everything figured out before you begin. Let’s start with a conversation about what’s been keeping you stuck and where you’d rather be.
Your next chapter can start differently.
